Compressor

At SVL’s R&D center, customers get access to avant-garde automotive HVAC part, system and vehicle level performance test facilities, protoshop & vehicle shop, benchmarking shop alongside a wealth of technical and application know-how from industry experts. The center is equipped with substantial facilities that cover Electric, Variable, Scroll, Fixed Displacement Compressor evaluation at system and vehicle level as per Indian and Global automotive OEM standards.

HVAC

Sanden Vikas’ HVAC Design & Development unit deploys latest CAD and CFD technology and software like CATIA, UG NX and Starccm+ to create best in class designs that have become industry benchmarks in their own right.

Hose & Pipes

A pioneer in its field, , SVL’s Hose & Pipes R&D unit has filed for a patent for its uniquely designed Plastic Joint Block. Its other achievements include the development of a Light Weight Hose & Pipe (weight reduction ~ 15-25 %) and the development and implementation of Localized Aluminium Pipe. It has a dedicated team for design, development and analysis of Hose & Pipe Assembly as per Vehicle and Customer requirement.
